I’m Cory Churches, and I launched Inner Compass, LLC in 2026. I am a retired endurance athlete, former federal employee, avid cook, animal lover, and perpetual learner. I have a BA in International Relations and an MBA in International Trade. My professional experience is in marketing and communicating international trade, U.S. exports, the benefits of trade, and the impact on real people, first with the U.S. Department of Commerce and then with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. I am Prosci Change Management certified and have spent thousands of hours pushing the boundaries of my comfort zone.
